| Counselling - Depression, Anxiety, Stress
Depression affects as many as one in four Canadians and according to a recent study is the leading reason Canadians see their family doctor. If you suffer from depression you are not alone.
This support group is our Christian response to this human need. The group includes instruction, discussion and fellowship, and usually runs for about an hour. There is no cost to participate. Parking is available.
The topics covered are noted below. The teaching style includes informative multi-media teaching and an open forum for question and discussion. There is also an opportunity to discuss one-on-one with the group leader and other members of the group during an informal time over a cup of coffee (decaf of course!).
